Coming Sept. 17...
Intown Concord's 7th Annual Upstairs, Downtown Walking Tour: Thursday, September 17, 5:15 to 8:00 pm
This year only, this exclusive event is called the UPSTAIRS, DOWNTOWN, UNDERGROUND Walking Tour! ...and it has a slight twist, with the addition of a unique “underground” space to the tour, and a chance for participants to converse with members of the construction crew and the City of Concord engineering and economic development teams. Top it off with a wine-and-cheese reception in the Eagle Square Atrium at the end of the tour. It is shaping up to be a fascinating, one-of-a-kind tour experience!
This event is SOLD OUT!
Thanks to everyone who purchased a ticket for Thursday, and sorry to disappoint those who missed out this time. Only 100 tickets were sold, and walk-up tickets for the tour are NOT available. We do have reception-only tickets for $10 each; the reception starts at Eagle Square Atrium at about 7:00pm, and tickets may be purchased at the door.
Ticket-holders: PLEASE MEET at the top of the fountain at Eagle Square, off North Main Street, at 5:15, to sign a liability waiver; tour departs promptly at 5:30! We recommend parking in either the Durgin or Firehouse garage.
***RAIN OR SHINE***
PLEASE NOTE: Tour locations are not accessible for those with mobility issues. Attendees should wear appropriate footwear for uneven terrain; we will be in an active construction zone. Upstairs, Downtown, Underground is a rain-or-shine event.

Thanks A Million!
A heartfelt thank-you to the attendees, sponsors, volunteers, and hosts for Intown Concord’s 6th Annual Upstairs, Downtown Walking Tour on June 4, 2014. More than a hundred people came to enjoy an exclusive peek above street level – and to dream and talk about the possibilities for downtown’s upper stories.
We couldn’t have done it without our gracious site hosts and reception host: CATCH Neighborhood Housing and the Endicott Hotel Apartments; Concord Wealth Management at Capital Commons; Act One Creative on Low Avenue; Mark Ciborowski of Ciborowski Associates for showing off both the International Order of Odd Fellows building and historic Phenix Hall; and Orr & Reno for the use of their beautiful gathering space in the new “Love Your Neighbor” building on South Main Street.
